The rooms feel dingy, the sheets and pillow covers are shabby, and there’s a smell of sex in the room.

I booked through agoda, but the hotel refused to check me in and said I’d get a refund. Agoda apologized for the hotel’s behavior and refunded me. They also emailed in writing that the hotel denied check-in because the price was inappropriate. But who listed that price online, and why accept a booking? If it was wrong, they could have cancelled right away. Instead, they waited until I arrived, then asked me to pay three times the online amount. They advertise limited-time special offers on agoda, then turn customers away and demand triple at arrival. A cheap, mean policy.

The address sent us to farming land nearly 4 kilometres from the actual hotel. I arrived in the morning and called the listed number many times, but nobody answered. The building is fairly new, yet our room hadn't even been cleaned before it was given to us. The geyser didn't work properly, and there was no soap, shampoo, brush, towel, or blankets. MakeMyTrip charged me 6.6K per night, and I’m approaching them to cover this bad experience. The stay wasn’t even worth 30% of what I paid. It seemed someone had just checked out and they handed the room straight to us. After staying there, I feel management is relying on a caretaker who isn't doing anything.

For other travelers’ awareness, this is the same warning about the fraud they’re running. They refuse rooms after online bookings, then harass and threaten customers. They may take all your money and still leave you without a room. Watch out for the fake online reviews. I’d give zero stars if that were possible.
