At Hotel Shahi Mahal, the location was handy for nearby attractions and public transportation. The staff were friendly and efficient, and did more than expected to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also found the lobby welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. It was an exceptional experience.

Food quality and taste were satisfying, and the prices for appetizers and service seemed fair. I liked hanging out here with friends, and takeaway is available along with several payment options. Service took a little longer than I’d have liked, but otherwise it’s a good place to try.

I got a plate of chowmein today for 120, which felt too expensive and not worth it. It was so spicy that I’ve never eaten anything this hot in my life.

One of the worst hotels I’ve visited. The service isn’t good, and the staff behavior is bad too. If I could, I’d give it a negative rating.

The food is good, and the place has a nice view and nice staff. It’s right next to Jind's Jal Mahal. The washrooms are a little old, otherwise.
