The reception staff were responsive, and the rooms were clean. They changed the beds and mattresses before handing us the room. It’s a decent place for a short stay of 2-3 days. The bathroom had no soap or shower gel.

I run an IT company in the city and know the local market, so I can say the front desk guys are great and the service is amazing. The food is good, with authentic local cuisine. Visitors from another country should be impressed by the clean, modern rooms and the AC that keeps things chilled. I'm a fan.

Can I give zero stars for customer service? I booked two rooms for my four senior citizen guests, with early check-in and complimentary breakfast. They weren't offered a room until 11:30 AM. One guest called to say they had been refused breakfast and a room, and told to wait until the other guests checked out. When I raised this in that same call, the hotel representative said they could use the rooms while the janitors were still working on them. I asked why they'd been denied the included breakfast, and he flatly said it wasn't part of my booking. I have proof in the reservation that complimentary breakfast was included, as well as proof I booked two rooms for three guests with early check-in. The arrogance in denying a room and breakfast because guests look humble is apparently still a reality. Is the service for people who look good, or for customers who need help? Beware, the lies don't hold up.

We called a day before arriving, but the room still wasn't ready. First the staff tried to open a room with a guest still inside, then took us to another that was extremely dirty and needed a full cleaning. We waited an hour and it still hadn't been cleaned. There's no food at the hotel, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I've had so far. Please don't choose this place at any cost.
