The AC room took a long time to cool, and getting food delivered was a whole issue. Staff wouldn't let the delivery partner bring the order upstairs, so I was told to collect it at the counter. I was paying for the order and asked if housekeeping could bring it, but they said their staff only brings water bottles and I had to come down myself. They also said outside food wasn't allowed, even though I'd already asked about ordering it when I checked in and got permission. A really unexpected, disappointing experience.

Food options were good, and I liked being able to bring my own food or order from outside. The hotel was impressively clean, which made it feel comfortable and safe. My room at Hotel Club Metro was well maintained and comfortable, and room service was excellent. The staff were polite, helpful, and available whenever I needed them. I had a very pleasant stay in Nagpur and would happily recommend it.
