SPOT ON 46946 Hotel Aalishan

I checked out just an hour after arriving because the location was awful, the room was dirty, the bed sheet was a mess, and the toilet and washroom hadn't been cleaned. The attendant and other staff were extremely rude, and the service was the poorest. There were no AC rooms, and the regular rooms had no proper ventilation. Their behavior cost me money, time, and effort. I found a clean, good room at another hotel in Hansapuri, Nagpur, which was also in a better location.

The room itself was in terrible shape, with dirty bedding, an extremely dirty washroom, a damaged flush tank, and smoking remains around both the room and bathroom. I had prepaid through Make my trip on 14/06/2022 at about 11.00 pm and arrived at 11.45 pm, but reception refused to give me a room. They told me to contact Make my trip and leave, or pay twice the booking amount. I had an early morning exam and MMT wasn't responding, so I had no choice but to pay the extra money.

I didn't like this hotel. Dinner and lunch service weren't good, and the half chicken biryani cost ₹70 for a very small portion.

Bkwas hotel. I asked the assistant to clean my washroom, and he replied, “You paid only 300 INR, so you got the room accordingly.” I was shocked. Never go there.
