A1 Service Apartment Trend By Treebo

The rate difference was frustrating. I paid 18.5k online for two nights, while offline prices seemed to run from 6k to 12k. The hotel said it was an online booking and the app had no customer support, so there was no way to get the difference refunded. With the strict limit of two people per room, even a child over eight means paying for another room. I’d book offline if you want to stay here and avoid extra costs. This was my second visit, for two days on 4th & 5th Feb, and the room was in poor shape. The bathroom taps were broken and stained, toiletries were unavailable because staff said they were out of stock, and the staff said the stains came from previous guests and couldn’t be removed when I asked for cleaning. The bedsheets were burned. For what I paid, I expected a clean, maintained room. There was just one 1-liter water bottle for three people, and breakfast choices were very limited, which they attributed to low occupancy.
