SPOT ON 65000 Hotel Jd Sons

Of all the Oyo properties I've seen, this one's the best.

They seem to be running things casually, without keeping the rooms properly maintained.

The hotel is close to Nagpur railway station, and the facilities are good, but they aren't maintained well. It needs service improvements and renovation, and the garbage on the first-floor terrace and hotel shade should be cleaned up. There isn't a hygienic restaurant nearby. They should offer breakfast at Jay Durga sweets and restaurant, and add a cloakroom or locker facility. 🙏 🇮🇳 Hail India 🚩

The rooms and washrooms weren't clean at all, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. There's no phone to call reception, so you have to walk down the stairs. For hot water, you need to ask at reception, then wait about half an hour for someone to bring a bucket that's only half full. My experience was terrible. The Oyo rating is high because, as I was told, they only give you the room if you hand over your phone at checkout so they can rate themselves five stars. Never book here.
