The rooms and toilets were clean, and for the price, one night is okay. But they're cramped, small, and poorly ventilated, and mosquitoes kept me awake even on the fourth floor. The bucket and mug had salt sediment. The hotel is being redeveloped, food isn't available on site though you can order from outside, and I wouldn't stay here with family or for long. It gets very uncomfortable beyond a night.

We checked in at 9 PM, then the power went out at 3 AM and stayed off until checkout. A whole night without electricity was extremely uncomfortable. There was poor coordination with food deliveries too: our first order was left at reception, and when we ordered again, staff asked the second delivery person to bring the first parcel up as well. The service fell well short of what we expected.

Good staff and very nice management. The place next door, Blue Bird, has run out and has no management. Good Carnival.

The location is accessible and good, the staff provide good service, and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant isn't available and the lift wasn't working. Cleanliness and maintenance need a lot of improvement, and it looks like the last renovation may have been a long time ago. If they fix these issues, it would definitely be worth staying here.
