I had a confirmed room through Goibibo, but when I arrived, they said they had no booking or confirmation and charged me an extra tariff. There was no room service either. This was the deadliest hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it.
The fish market right alongside caused a constant bad smell. There was no electricity backup, the ACs weren't working properly, and the staff weren't supportive. They also didn't seem to know how their rooms got booked online.
The location in the city is very good, and it has all the necessary accommodation. It's a business-class hotel, though the rates aren't normal for lower-class or lower-middle-class people.
For one person, a low-priced room isn't available. At 300 rupees per bed, you can get a hall with more than 10 beds. A single-person AC room costs 1000 rupees. There aren't any hotels nearby for food.
Don't bother visiting Rama. It's like a Mumbai chawl. You shouldn't have to pay Rs 20 per person for a day.
