Hotel Paradise

The unstable mobile signal, which kept flipping between 4G and 5G, was frustrating. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, they first refused. At reception, they typed it into my phone instead of giving it to me. Back in the room, that network wasn't visible, and the one I could see wouldn't connect. This was one of my worst customer experiences. Hotel Paradise is near Nagpur Railway Station, and Agrasen Square Metro Station makes it easy to reach by metro. But the owners run the place themselves, with no professional staff, and the rooms are poorly maintained. They charge ₹1200 for non-AC and ₹1500 for AC rooms. My sheets and comforter were dirty, though the washroom was clean. There were no toiletries, some electrical fittings didn't work, and I got only one towel with no extra or complimentary items. They wouldn't even allow a 1-2 hour complimentary extension. The bathroom has a geyser, but they strictly warn you not to use it for more than five minutes, saying it could blast if left on because its auto cut-off hasn't been repaired. It seems to be wired directly to a switch without proper safety precautions, which concerned me. I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you consider it in an emergency, check all these issues carefully before booking.
