The property matches what was shown on Oyo and the rooms are spacious, though it's a little away from the main city. Food was good in both quantity and quality, with decent options apart from the limited Oyo complimentary breakfast. Cleanliness needs attention and toiletries were scarce. The centralized AC was a problem: several customers complained it didn't work, and even when switched on the room stayed at 27-28deg.

We drove from Hyderabad and it was easy to find, right on the Highway. The staff guided us and were responsive and sweet when we called ahead about arriving at 4 a.m. The timing worked well for us. I was injured, and one of them even helped lift me in a chair. They reheated our tea when we asked. We booked with complimentary breakfast and had toast and cereal, which were nice. Good food, good rooms, budget friendly, and welcoming for couples and families 😁👍👍. Ask for room accessories like soap, towels and a water bottle. Easy to find, so don't hesitate, just book 👌👍.

The food was tasty, but the room didn't live up to what I expected. There was no sofa or table, the window was broken, and room service took too long. Given the higher price, I expected more from Oyo.

The hotel was clean, but the hygiene wasn't up to flagship standard. Staff seemed untrained and need better grooming. Oyo should review the property and train them.

Solitaire is a lovely hall for weddings and celebrations. At about 12000 sq ft, it can comfortably fit 1000 people.
