OYO 9397 near Wardha Road

The rooms are spacious, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The location is good near Nagpur Airport, and the stay is pocket friendly. Services were exceptional for the cost. Special thanks to Mr. Waban Shinde for helping make my stay comfortable. Google's location listing isn't accurate, so first-time commuters may have trouble finding the way, though signs help travellers reach the hotel. There's no restaurant on site, but they provide food from outside. I ordered through swiggy, and there's also a nearby restaurant, Dawat garden restaurant. The food at dawat is good and very cheap. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to OYO, SS HOUSE, SWIGGY & DAWAT GARDEN RESTAURANT.

We had a very bad experience. At 9:30 pm, the receptionist made us wait outside because the surnames on our identity cards didn't match, even though we're a married couple. The room smelled strongly of smoke and liquor, and the AC wasn't working properly. We had an early flight, but the gate was locked. We literally had to climb over a very big gate and jump to get out of the hotel. The receptionist was very bad.

The people were courteous and the service was good. I gave it four stars because the breakfast quality needs improvement. I'd also suggest providing a small bedsheet that's just enough for one person instead of the thick white one.

They refused to check us in even though we had a booking ID and photo IDs, including Aadhaar cards. They told us their contract with OYO had ended a month earlier, while OYO had given us a confirmed booking five days ago. Neither seems to be paying attention to customer convenience.
