The staff’s unprofessional behavior made an already uncomfortable stay worse. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t show basic manners when speaking to guests, especially elders. Services, food, cleanliness, and basic amenities were all below expectations. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, and it wasn’t worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

After I complained about room 304, they moved me to 102, but the amenities there were broken too. The TV didn’t work, and the tap ran all night. Check the rooms thoroughly when they let you choose one. They were in extremely bad condition, which I hadn’t expected from AGODA.

I paid ₹1,800 for the room and was extremely disappointed. In three years of travelling, I’ve never had a room this bad. There were more than 100 cockroaches, on the bed, floor, and almost every corner. It was disgusting and completely unhygienic. The room quality was third class, and the breakfast was very poor too. My stay was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone not to waste their money here.

I was very disappointed after booking. The AC wasn’t working properly, the toilet cover had been removed, and they wouldn’t provide drinking water without charging for it. Don’t plan a stay here.

The location made getting around easy, with the metro right nearby, Nagpur Railway Station about 2 kilometres away, and the fruit mandi close too. The room was cleaner, the food was good, and the prices were affordable. The receptionist was polite and helpful. I loved the stay.
