The food was outstanding, especially the perfectly spiced laal maas and the dal baati churma, which was the best I've had. The continental dishes were well prepared too, and it was clear the chefs took pride in their cooking and used fresh ingredients. At Ajit Bhawan, old-world charm sits alongside modern comfort. Every room has its own look, with traditional Rajasthani details and antiques that feel like a step back in time. The handcrafted furniture and bright textiles reflect the property's royal heritage, and everything was beautifully maintained and comfortable. The staff were attentive without hovering, always smiling and offering helpful recommendations. They went out of their way to make us feel like honoured guests. A truly unique stay in Jodhpur.

Ajit Bhawan has a beautiful palace feel, with lots of charm and character. We were first given a room near the restaurant and it was quite noisy. When we mentioned it, the staff kindly moved us to a larger room in a much quieter part of the hotel, which we really appreciated. It's a big hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A lovely way to experience a royal-style stay in Jodhpur.

The lush green gardens give Ajit Bhawan, Jodhpur, a lovely old-world feel, and the rooms are beautifully done. We stayed at this charming heritage hotel right in the heart of the city during our recent trip to Jodhpur. There are several specialty restaurants, and the food at each was amazing. Mr. Bhom Singh and Hari Singh took great care of us, and Ashutosh, the breakfast room manager, was especially helpful and courteous. It was a memorable stay, and we'd love to come back.

We loved using this iconic hotel as a base for exploring Jodhpur and also taking some downtime. The staff, facilities and food were all great. Nikita and Sharif deserve special mention for their kindness and invaluable help.
