I planned to stay two nights, but after I asked in the morning for the door to be opened, the manager started arguing with me. They kept my 1000 rs even after I asked to check out. The manager was rude, and the attendant had no manners when speaking. I think the owner is a thief too. I filed a complaint against the hotel with the consumer forum. I suggest nobody stay here.

The room service was good, and I liked staying here. The rooms are roomy and airy, with a nice view of the Mall.

It's in a narrow lane and there's no room service. Being close to Mall Road is the one plus; I didn't find much else to recommend.
