On day two, a second rat came into my room. The in room dining takes 40-50 min, and the person who answers room service calls is very rude. You may feel like punching him. Place your food order through reception. This hotel doesn’t meet Clarks inn standards. There’s no car parking or security guard, housekeeping closes at 07:00 pm, and breakfast isn’t served until after 08:30 am. Worst experience ever.

Our guest had to cancel the stay, and since then we’ve been following up about the cancellation and refund. Forget the refund, they didn’t even speak properly to a female caller, and later stopped answering the calls. I understand there has to be a cancellation policy, but not responding properly and then not replying isn’t right. Worst experience. I wish I could give minus stars.

We booked this beautiful property for my family for two days. The service and food were excellent, and the bar on the third floor is lovely, with an amazing view of Mehrangarh fort and umaid bhawan palace. Don’t forget to try the liquor menu. Keep it up, I’d highly recommend this beautiful property. Must try it once.

Very bad service and a really poor experience. The person whose number is listed on Google was rude. When I asked about the rate, he disconnected the call and didn’t answer again. If they don’t want to sell rooms, why list the number on Google?
