Gouri Heritage Haveli Hotel

From Gouri heritage haveli, you can enjoy a majestic view of the mehrangarh fort, and the rooftop restaurant serves 10/10 food. The architecture is very picturesque, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. It's right in the heart of the city, with clock tower and lak bazaar among the places within walking distance. If you're after blue lanes, some of the most amazing onces are at this hotel. Give it a try.

This was my favourite place to stay in India so far, after two weeks of travel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the fort, and the restaurant has excellent food and a wonderful fort view. We had a great room with everything we needed. The staff were attentive and professional while still being friendly, and always happy to help. Manager vikram was great to deal with, and Beru and the restaurant team were a pleasure to chat with and be served by. I strongly recommend looking this place up if you're coming to India, and putting jodhpur on your travel plans.

The staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The rooftop view of Mehrangarh Fort is amazing, especially in the evening, and it's a short walk to Toorji Ka Jhalra and the lovely blue lanes. Our room was done up beautifully in shades of blue, with a picture-worthy backdrop. A great stay in Jodhpur, definitely recommended.

At night, the rooftop restaurant is mesmerising, with Rajasthani folk music and a view of Mehrangarh fort. The food is awesome, and all the staff were cooperative and well behaved. Mr Bikram Singh is humble, soft spoken and very helpful, and the place feels like family rather than a corporate hotel. This is a 150 year old haveli, so you get a sense of living in an earlier time. You can see the fort from the rooftop restaurant, and from the windows in back side room 105 and 107. One of the best stays in Old Jodhpur.
