The room and food were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a decent 3-star stay. The downside is the location, a bit out of the city, so getting to tourist spots takes at least 30 minutes. Also, the last 30-40 m of road to the hotel was in bad condition and filled with dirty water. There were some chemical tankers sitting along that road.

The room and ambience were decent, but the rest of our stay was extremely disappointing. We had no hot water for bathing. After nearly two hours of waiting, staff brought just one bucket, which disrupted our whole schedule. Breakfast was another letdown, none of the items tasted good. When we told the staff about these problems, they showed no concern or seriousness, and their replies came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I'd strongly suggest avoiding this hotel if you're planning to stay in Jodhpur.

The room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and ready to assist with tour arrangements and travel information. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and there was a wide range of breakfast options. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it for leisure or tours.

Mr Dhan Singh deserves a special mention, he was very good, and the service and hospitality were amazing. I booked a suite room and it was very nice. The only drawback is the property's distance from the city centre, around 13-14 kms.
