We really enjoyed the fresh, tasty meals, and the early check-in from the reception team was a huge help after our journey. The hotel is close to Hadimba Devi Temple, with Mall Road about 1 km away, so getting around Manali was easy. Amit Kumar served us during our three days at Broadways Inn, Manali, and was sweet, professional, and attentive. Everyone on staff was polite and cooperative, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our family was completely satisfied. I’d recommend it for a peaceful, comfortable stay, and we hope to return.

Mr. Amit Kumar was humble and gentle, and his warm hospitality and help made a difference throughout our stay. The hotel has premium rooms with lovely scenery, and the location is excellent. Service was outstanding, and the food served inside the hotel was very good. We had a great time at Broadway Inn, Manali.

Amit was especially helpful, humble, and courteous. Whenever we needed something, he responded promptly and made us feel comfortable. The room was kept neat and clean, and housekeeping was efficient. Staff across Hotel Broadway Inn were polite, supportive, and professional. It worked well for our stay, and I’d recommend it to families or business travellers. I’d happily come back.

The view from our spotless room was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delicious, too. The pillows were too firm, though, so it was almost perfect.
