Golden Wood Manali By Rosetum

We stayed for 3 days and had tasty, hygienic breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious and very nice, with a balcony, and there’s separate parking. Staff were polite and helpful. Mall Road is walkable if you’re used to a bit of a distance, or you can take a taxi or auto.

The staff were attentive and available at all times, but the stay had several problems. Golden Wood looked beautiful inside, while outside an open gutter or drain made the hotel smell bad. It’s on a hilltop with no transport to the city and no city connectivity, so we had to climb back up whenever we returned and walk down whenever we wanted to go out. There was nowhere nearby to shop or get food. The food quality was okay, but there was no choice and the same dishes came every day. Salad had no lemons, chapatis had no ghee, and there was no milk for children, no juice, or anything else. They also refused to serve food when we came back late at night after sightseeing.

The serene surroundings and ambiance made Golden Woods in Manali memorable, and the room service was exceptional. Staff were courteous and attentive, going out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were perfectly prepared, with each dish presented with an artistic touch. Excellent work, team. I’d highly recommend Golden Woods for a delightful stay in Manali. See you again.

The hotel rooms are very luxurious, and the staff were very helpful. A wonderful, awesome place.
