The location is convenient, easy to reach, and close to important places. Hotel Beniwal also has affordable prices. Our room was spacious, tidy, clean, and had the basic facilities we needed. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a friendly manner. The food was fresh and tasty, with good variety, and the kitchen and dining area seemed hygienic. It's a pleasant, comfortable place for families, tourists, or business guests looking for a peaceful stay.

The food was delicious and prepared well, and I liked that it wasn't too spicy. The rooms were neat, well furnished, and spotlessly clean. Staff were polite and cooperative, and service came promptly. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay with very good hospitality. From Ladakh India.

At 08:30 am today(20/12/2025), I had to wake the attendants, who were asleep at reception, before anyone would move my luggage or finish the check-out formalities. Very bad!

The hotel itself is very good, but the management is very dirty and the service is bad. I asked for tea and it took 45 Min to arrive.
