The meals at Hotel Durga Silverline were fresh, tasty, and arrived on time, with polite, attentive staff. I also found the room spacious, clean, and well kept, and the bed was comfortable with fresh bedding. The bathroom was tidy and hygienic, with hot and cold water available. Everything was arranged neatly. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and service.

I couldn't book this hotel online through any platform, so I cancelled my online booking. The staff would allow an offline booking, but when I looked at the room it wasn't clean, and cockroaches were crawling on the bed. Please don't book a room here.

There were cockroaches all over the rooms, along with a strange, stinky smell. Even basic cleaning was mostly for show and didn't help. We had to call several times, but the customer helpline often didn't work, and when it did, nobody answered, so we kept going to reception. The price of 1200-1600 wasn't justified. Nearby, it's easy to find cheaper rooms with better service.
