I can’t speak to the guesthouse itself, but I found their money exchange service unfair. They charged the 3% fee on the amount withdrawn rather than the amount received, which makes no sense to me. I tried to explain that the fee should be based on what the client gets, but they insisted I was wrong. The foreign currency conversion was also terrible: 40 INR per Singaporean dollar when it should be 60 INR. They kept helping other people before finishing with me, which felt very unfriendly. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that I could use a credit card to receive funds.

The best place, with good people. I lost all my belongings, and they helped with everything I could think of, from rides to government offices and an ATM. Really the best.
