Hotel Real Residency

This all happened at 12 in the night. I’d booked and paid online through oyo rooms, but the owner refused to let me check in. I spent 2 hours trying to explain that I’d already booked and paid, and he told me I’d paid ola, not him. Customer care couldn’t help either. I regret booking this hotel and would never recommend it.

They charged 1k for the room, but the AC didn’t work and the TV was off. The power was cut in the morning, and there was no generator. There was no water in the bathroom when I tried to shower, and telling the staff didn’t help. Very bad experience. I’d rather stay in a dharamshala near the station. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you book through goibibo or oyo, maybe someone will listen to your complaint.

The bathroom was awful and the shower didn’t work. They also wouldn’t provide an extra pillow or blanket, even after we asked several times, and the TV was out of order. The staff were no help and gave us a goon-like vibe. One of the worst hotels I’ve seen in all of Jodhpur. Don’t even consider it.

When I got to the hotel, they said there were no rooms available. I told them I’d already booked through AGODA, but they claimed every room was full and threw me out. They cheat customers, and AGODA offers no customer support for bookings here. Book at your own risk.
