The hotel is near the old city and has plenty of parking. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was neat, and there was hot water. The staff were polite and courteous.

The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and I wouldn’t expect any help during your stay. The host was full of himself, had a lot of attitude, and didn’t know how to treat guests. Stay away from this property.

There was no service staff available, and the manager was extremely rude when I raised the issues. In summer they said the AC had to stay at 25, according to their preference. They also said there’d be no hot water because it was summer, and that hot water should be used only as they required. A terrible hotel experience. Highly not recommended. #Rude Manager

The breakfast was limited and repetitive, with the same options every day, and the food overall fell below what I expected from a hotel of this reputation. The room’s cleanliness was disappointing too. There was a noticeable dusty smell, and it felt as if the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly before I arrived. We even had to bring our own bathroom and room fresheners because of the lack of service. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves these areas for future guests.
