The location was super convenient, and I loved the stay at OYO Balaji Grand! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. The service was top-notch. 🤩✨😊

I found it decent for a day's stay, with courteous staff and Wi-Fi available. There was no room service, though, and getting hot water was a challenge even though it was available. I also saw people smoking near the corridor window.

Stayed three days and felt comfortable. The prices were affordable, and the rooms were clean.

I booked with an OYO coupon code, but the receptionist was rude and arrogant. He didn't even try to understand my point of view and simply rejected our stay, saying they couldn't accept discounted bookings from the OYO app.

After 12 hours on the road, arriving here turned into a horrible experience. They asked for extra money when we got there, and other customers had the same issue. They checked me in without collecting ID proof, which meant I couldn't request a refund.
