The breakfast was good, with a decent selection, and the food was nice. A little more variety would have made it even better. We had a pleasant stay at the 'Omni Plaza' Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were polite and helpful when we needed them. Special thanks to Mr. AshokSingh, who was very polite and cooperative. We enjoyed the hospitality and would consider coming back.

I’m a professional travel agent, and I arranged accommodation for a tourist group and stayed at OmniPlaza. The property is owned and managed by Mr. Puran Singh. Before the stay, we agreed on a final payment amount, which was paid in full and in advance. We also paid extra for 2-3 guests beyond the agreed occupancy. Even after the accounts were fully settled, Mr. Puran Singh deliberately refused to release the payment due to me on checkout morning. When I contacted him to clarify, he used abusive, derogatory, and unprofessional language and acted threateningly and indecently over the phone. I consider this cheating, criminal breach of trust, harassment, and professional misconduct. It shows a serious lack of business ethics and raises grave concerns about the safety, dignity, and financial security of travel agents and their clients. I’m issuing this notice in good faith and in the wider interest of the travel and tourism community, to caution travel agents and tour operators against placing guests, groups, or bookings at this property, to avoid financial loss, harassment, and humiliation.

At 6.00 am I needed hot water, so I called the night manager, and he brought it right away. I stayed last night in Room no 207 at Hotel Omni Plaza. The staff were all very cooperative, and the rooms were neat and clean. The food was very good. I’d suggest having dinner and breakfast here.

At 10pm, we arrived to check in and were asked to pay the full booking amount before we could even see the rooms. We’d already paid 4.5k in advance, and the rest was supposed to be due after checkout, but the receptionist kept demanding the balance up front. After a lot of discussion, they let us view the rooms. They were very dirty, and the washroom was terribly unhygienic and smelled awful. When we asked them to turn on the exhaust, the staff said they didn’t know how. Frustrated, we had to find another hotel at midnight and move all our luggage. They didn’t refund our advance, and spoke rudely when we raised our concerns. The staff were arrogant and the experience was the worst. Please don’t book at Omni plaza.
