Hotel Siddhi Vinayak

The staff were friendly and helpful, and their service was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We also found the facilities excellent. Breakfast was delicious and fantastic, and we enjoyed the meal very much. It was one of my best hotel experiences, perfect for visiting. I highly recommend it.

Room service food is okay, and the location is good for a usual budget family stay. The room itself was average, though. We booked and were offered something called deluxe or super deluxe, but it felt like a normal room with nothing special. They still need to improve room cleanliness.

We got good value for money and had a pleasant stay at Siddhi Vinayak Hotel. The location made it convenient to get around, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful.

At 3:00 AM, the ceiling fan suddenly came loose and was about to fall. It was a dangerous incident that could have caused serious injury or death. The lights also flickered dangerously through the night. When I told the staff, they seemed indifferent and said the manager was asleep and couldn't be disturbed. Once I finally spoke with him, he dismissed me, refused to accept responsibility for the mechanical failure, and wouldn't give me the owner's contact information. Basic service was missing throughout my stay too. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, the towels were dirty, and there was no hot water. The lack of attention to guest safety and accountability is unacceptable. I am demanding a full explanation and immediate contact from the ownership about this life-threatening incident.
