Getting to the tourist spots takes a bit of travel, though it was manageable with Uber or Rapido, and Blinkit was available too. The staff were hospitable, and the spacious rooms were very clean. There was a pool, but I didn’t use it. I left with a memorable impression of the stay.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the calm lights at night. My daughter had fun with the swings and swimming, and the staff were nice. Our one-night stay was comfortable, with clean, hygienic rooms. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in good portions. We were satisfied and felt it was worth it.

The rooms were good, and I had a positive experience with the staff during our two-night stay. The restaurant team were especially helpful, and the food was good. Since I booked around New Year at peak time, though, the price felt too high. There was no cultural program, and they charge a lot for even small gatherings. I’d skip the resort’s in-house parties like the gala dinner and go to a nearby cafe in the city instead.

At Lariya Resort, I asked for the Wi-Fi password and was told I could only get it if I booked a room. The refusal came with a rude, disrespectful tone, which made the staff seem very unprofessional. Guests should be treated politely and helped, but that wasn’t my experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both staff behavior and service quality.

The property itself is good, the food was good, and the rooms were okay. I also liked the rooftop restaurant. Staff professionalism was the problem: some were rough, ignorant, or arrogant at times, and acted like they were our boss. They didn’t smile, and it felt like they hadn’t been trained properly.
