Locomo Hostel - A Heritage Property

I loved staying at the Locomo hostel. The dorm beds were really comfortable, the washrooms and dorm were cleaner than any hostel I’ve stayed in, and the vibe was amazing. Manager Jatin was humble and helped us a lot. The rooftop view is beautiful too. It’s the kind of place where you don’t feel like leaving, and I’ll come back next time I’m in Jodhpur.

We had a comfortable stay at an affordable price, and the hostel is within walking distance of Jodhpur railway station, not too far from Jodhpur airport either. They offer a transit stay option if you only need to store luggage and freshen up without spending the night. There are food options, and we found them tasty, especially the poha. The washing machine, iron, cooking station, RO water, and other amenities were available. The only issue was that our room’s washroom was outside the room.

The crew running Locomo made the biggest impression on me. It’s a heritage property with a warm, cosy feel, close to both the railway station and clock tower. I had an amazing time, met lots of people, and made some really cool friends. Thanks to the Locomo team for making my Jodhpur experience memorable!

The manager is a kind man who’s interested in helping, and the owner is a sweet lady who makes you feel at home. Beds were clean, facilities were great, and the location was right by the train station and top sights. My dream hostel needs what this place has: a big Astro turf grass area on the third floor where you can sit, stretch, practice yoga, or relax.
