OYO 10609 Hotel Jodhpur Royals

Hotel Jodhpur Royal was a very bad experience. There were cockroaches all over the rooms, the breakfast was terrible, and proper room service was missing. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I don’t recommend it.

After 10.00 PM, noise from outside the room, caused by hotel staff and others, kept coming. Food was very expensive, about the same price as at the Airport, and the portions were much too small. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and there were lots of cockroaches in the room and on the bed. There was no dustbin. The bathroom smelled of bad drainage and had no exhaust fan. I don’t recommend this lodge.

I had to stay one night and paid about 2300 because it was peak season, but the room was awful. The bathroom was the worst part, unfinished, with a bulb hanging around a holder. Cockroaches were roaming in the room, and there were no toothbrushes. The smell of smoking was everywhere, including in the lifts. If you do take a room, avoid the 1st floor.

I paid Rs 2200 for one night, and this place deserves no more than 1000 per night. The TV didn’t work, and gutkha stains were in the room. A loose bulb was hanging in the bathroom, which stank like a public toilet at a bus stand. People talking late at night could be heard directly in the room, making it feel like staying at a Railway station. I’d avoid this property at that rate.
