Shahi Bagh by OYO Rooms

The location was very convenient, close to major attractions, and the food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty. I stayed for a few days and had a wonderful experience. Our spacious room was spotless, well maintained, and had all the modern amenities. Housekeeping kept everything perfect, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, always greeting us with a smile. One of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I'll definitely come back! 😃

The lobby has been made to look like a good 5 star hotel, but the rooms aren't well maintained. Like others reviewing this place, I had the problem of no hot water. I had to bathe in cold water, then an employee brought heated water in another bucket. If the solar system doesn't work, they should have a central system for hot water or at least a geyser. Even roadside 1500 rupees rooms have that. Please improve the service or the bad reviews will damage your reputation. A kind request to the owner.

The bathroom was dirty, and the receptionist behaved very badly. They refused to clean it, and although breakfast was included in our booking, reception told us it wasn't. We booked this hotel in Jodhpur at the last minute, maybe because it was cheap, through the so-called agency " go medium holiday. The service was awful. I'd give this a minus rating if I could. Don't book through that agency or stay here, you'll have a terrible time.

The food was decent, though it still fell short. The room was missing basic things like drinking water, and the coffee machine didn't work. Nobody was available to help us check in. We left very dissatisfied and unhappy.
