Sonal Palace By Treebo

The complimentary breakfast was very limited, just basics like Alu Puri or Upma, white bread, bananas, and tea. It wasn’t worth the price, especially with so little variety or quality. The property also felt poorly maintained: the rooms were damp and unhygienic, and the plugs and switches didn’t work properly. The dining area looked unprofessional, with raw, unfinished cloth covers on the tables.

For a reasonable price, this was a good place to stay. The room was clean, the hotel was nice, and the staff were cooperative. The complimentary breakfast was good and filling. Thank you.

The hotel stay was good overall. Breakfast could use a little improvement, but otherwise it was okay.

The hotel is inside a residential colony, about 4-5 km from the railway station. The rooms may be newly built, but they smell damp, and the rest of the experience was pathetic, from cleanliness and room service to the kitchen, breakfast, linens, and location. The staff were very laid back and had no manners. They’d lie on the sofa near reception and didn’t even get up to offer water, telling customers to serve themselves from a cooler in the kitchen instead. The bed linen and towels were in really bad condition and didn’t seem washed.
