The reception could use some work: it needs more seating, a brighter feel, and a smoother check-in process. Three people were at the front desk, but only one spoke with guests. The others could collect reservation details and photocopy the IDs of people waiting, which would make check-in quicker and easier. On our family trip to Jodhpur, we were very pleased with the location, housekeeping, and food. Dinner and breakfast spreads were wonderful, and Vishwas and the restaurant team were courteous, efficient, and prompt.

Radhika at reception was the standout of our two-night holiday stay in India. She welcomed us warmly and professionally, checked in on us throughout, gave useful tips about local attractions, and made sure we had what we needed. Her attentiveness turned a great stay into a memorable one. Abhijith Ghosal from Yatra Online Limited thoughtfully arranged an upgrade so our son could be accommodated. The room was clean, neat, and spacious. We also enjoyed the food, and Vishwas gave excellent service. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was the highlight of our comfortable stay at the Fern Residency hotel, and the welcome and service were warm. We tried chicken and mutton dishes, both flavorful and well cooked with what seemed like quality ingredients. They went perfectly with the fresh, tasty tawa roti and bajre ki roti. There are plenty of vegetarian choices and different salads too. Compliments to chef Ram Bahadur and the team for the wonderful flavors and perfectly cooked food. A great stay and meal, highly recommended!

Hi, I’m from Mizoram, India. Two to four days ago we had a party at the Fern Hotel town hall C.2. Chef Ram Bahadur cooked very good food. He told me, but I forgot to post a review. He came to meet us and we had a great conversation. Specially for you, chef Ram Bahadur, thanks.

The dishes were delicious and nicely presented, and the staff were friendly with quick service. I especially want to thank chef Ram Bahadur, Chef Arjun Singh and Mr. Sonu. The atmosphere was lovely too, and I'd happily come back.
