Umraogarh A Unit of Raghav Vilas

At our wedding functions, basic hospitality was lacking. The rooms weren't managed well, staff seemed unclear about their responsibilities, and guests kept having issues that nobody fixed. We spent the celebration dealing with problems instead of enjoying it. I got married at Umraogarh, and the management and service were a complete disaster in my experience. We had to chase staff for everything, with no planning, communication, or cooperation from the people in charge. Arun ji, who managed the property, was very rude to us throughout the functions and made even simple requests difficult. Mismanagement delayed our functions by several hours and caused a lot of stress on our wedding days. Based on what we experienced, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth, well-organized wedding. The property may look nice outside, but the people running it made our celebration chaotic and frustrating.

The flowers for our Haldi Phool function had been booked and confirmed ahead of time, but when the event came, the owner denied providing them. Extra money was demanded during every event, on top of what we'd agreed, and the total expenses became unreasonably high without justification. The owner spoke rudely and aggressively, creating tension, and things were handled so unpleasantly that guests felt unsafe and uncomfortable. One staff member was confrontational and escalated things instead of helping. I had a very stressful experience at Umrao Garh Resort, Jodhpur, mainly because of the owner's behavior and poor management. After we finalized the booking and charges, the owner kept asking for more money for nearly every little thing. Prices weren't clear, and costs rose at the last minute, which felt misleading and unfair. The resort also seemed poorly managed, with untrained staff who didn't understand their duties and weren't cooperative. This family function left us with mental stress, financial loss, and disappointment. There was little professionalism, commitment, or respect for customers. I'd advise others to think twice before booking weddings or family events here. If you do, make sure everything is documented in writing.

The kitchen area was very dirty, and the toilet and bathroom weren't clean and smelled bad. I attended my nephew's wedding at Umraogarh - A Unit of Raghav Vilas, and the management support throughout the function was extremely poor. It was the worst experience I've had. I personally wouldn't recommend this venue for a wedding. If someone wants to spoil their wedding function, they could choose this place.

I had hoped for a relaxing visit, but it became stressful and unpleasant, and I wouldn't want to repeat it. I hope management makes improvements, but I can't recommend the resort to anyone right now.
