OYO Collection O 26984 New Sky Star Hotel

Really bad experience. It wasn’t worth the high price at all. The washroom was dirty and poorly maintained.

Booking the osky star hotel was my worst experience. The room was very dirty, the service was bad, and the staff’s behavior was bad too. Don’t book this hotel again.

We had no water in any of the six rooms on the day we left. Even after we asked and shouted, the staff didn’t respond. It felt insensitive. The hotel is also very expensive for the service and amenities. The rooms weren’t clean, the linens were dirty and smelly, there were plenty of cockroaches, and the toilets were bad with a broken flush. The staff were unprofessional. I wouldn’t choose it for a pleasant family stay, or with children. It felt unsafe.

We booked a two-person room through Oyo for Rs.900, but after we arrived the hotel said they didn’t accept Oyo bookings and wanted 1500 for two guests. We had no other option, so we stayed. That night the power went out and we learned the room had no inverter connection. They moved us to another room without AC, so we’d paid for an AC room but had to stay without it. I was fully disappointed. The facilities were third class, and we had to pay double. Don’t book this hotel at any cost.
