We had a spacious, tidy room and good amenities. The Spa massage was relaxing, and breakfast had a fresh, lovely spread. We also enjoyed the wide restaurant selection, especially the heartwarming tomato basil soup, starters platter, and flavorful Thai curry. The reception and arrival staff could use more training to handle different situations and provide better service.

I have stayed at many Fern hotels and visited plenty of 3 to 5 star hotels around India. They provide these facilities for drivers, but at The Fern Leo Resort & Club, Junagadh, my guests' driver couldn't even get a bucket of hot water to bathe during winter. We didn't expect sleeping arrangements or food, but hot water seemed like a basic request. Staff meals could be charged, of course. I know one review may not make a difference, but I'm posting only to bring this to management's attention. When a driver comes next time, please provide facilities. I think closely about the rating too: you call yourselves a three star hotel, but this didn't feel like even one star.

The rooms and shared areas were spotless and well maintained, and Arun from housekeeping was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. The property itself is in a beautiful, peaceful location, a nice place to relax. We enjoyed the tasty food and good variety, and the amenities made our stay more comfortable. The service and warm hospitality were excellent. I'd recommend The Fern Leo Resort & Club, Junagadh, and look forward to visiting again.
