Lakshya's Hotel

We spent our first night of the trip at this decent hotel, which had all the necessary amenities. The rooms were very spacious, with 2+1 beds, and the cleanliness and hygiene were evident. Dinner and breakfast were good buffets with cuisines from all regions. Mr. Jayprakash patiently looked after our needs and requests at both meals. We were very, very satisfied with the experience, and I hope they keep it up.

The food may come in lots of varieties, but none of it was edible. If you need water, a mattress or bedding, you have to carry it yourself from reception to the room, and bring your own doormat from home because they don't provide one. When a room key malfunctions, staff make you wait a long time before opening the door with a master key. Keep your car out front if you need to get it out, since the watchman doesn't pay attention to cars that may need to leave earlier and doesn't even know whose car is whose.

The team gave us a warm, helpful welcome and offered recommendations. They seem to really care about customers, and the place has great vibes. The food came out quickly, hot and fresh, and was delicious and satisfying. I'd highly recommend the flavorful food and the welcoming team. 10/10!

We found the dinner buffet especially enjoyable. At ₹500, it offered plenty of options and enough time to eat without rushing. The dine-in restaurant serves delicious pure vegetarian food, and Jai Praksh and Shakshi hosted us incredibly well with warm, polite and attentive service. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, with spacious, beautifully kept rooms and a pleasant aroma throughout. There's plenty of parking, which made things convenient since we came by car. Excellent hospitality, cleanliness and food made for a wonderful stay at Lakshay Hotel, Haridwar. Highly recommended for families and travelers visiting Haridwar.
