Lemon Tree Hotel Haridwar

Ms. Gayatri Kunwar from the Front Office gave us a warm welcome and handled everything professionally and politely. She was helpful, attentive to our needs, and kept us feeling welcome throughout, making the stay smooth from the start. The staff were courteous and supportive, and the hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and very good food, lots of variety, great taste and fresh, well-presented dishes. My stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Haridwar was excellent and well managed. I'd recommend it and would happily stay again.

A lovely surprise was the room upgrade, and we enjoyed delicious, home-style food from Chef Manohar Rawat that felt like a taste of home. We also found hidden gems thanks to the team's guidance on where to go. Mr. Rakesh Singh, Housekeeping Supervisor, kept our room spotless and maintained high cleanliness standards. Mr. Chaman Bareth, General Manager, helped make the stay a great one, and Mr. Manish Patwal, Sales & Ops Head, went above and beyond to meet our needs. From the moment we arrived at Lemon Tree Haridwar, the team treated us like family and made our stay and vacation unforgettable. Their combined effort, attention to detail and warm hospitality set a high standard. They deserve elevation and all the good perks they can get. Please keep up the great work. We enjoyed great service from Rohit Bhandari and Girish at Citrus cafe during breakfast. The property was very nice, with good, fast service and hospitality, and a great location right on the Delhi - Haridwar highway. I'd definitely recommend it. From, Sid & Pooja.

My stay at lemontree Haridwar was extremely disappointing. The rooms were unclean, service was very poor, and the buffet and food quality were absolutely zero. When I raised these issues with management, they completely ignored my complaints and took no action. I would not recommend staying at this particular property, though the others are good. The worst part was getting no response to my complaint.
