The food was stale, tasteless, and so lacking in salt that I couldn’t eat it. Staff ignored my requests, while the owner and management were arrogant and disrespectful. The owner acted superior to guests and seemed to look down on people when speaking or texting in English. That doesn’t make up for a dirty, run-down place with poor hospitality and staff with attitude. The room felt like a box, with no ventilation. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose and vibrating, and there was no exhaust fan. The AC and TV were useless because there were no remotes. For the hefty price, the property felt third-class and broken down. It felt like a trap to take travelers’ money in this holy city. A terrible experience. Save yourself the headache and don’t book here.
