10/10
We stayed for three days as a group of 25 and had a very pleasant time. The property has plenty of space, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the food was good. It’s away from the town’s hustle and bustle, and Rubia Shaik and her team looked after us really well. The bathrooms could use some updating, but I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting the area or nearby attractions.

Rubia Shaik, the manager, made our family get-together memorable. She handled everything cheerfully and even arranged a cake at short notice. We’ve travelled around the world, and service this thoughtful is rare. Excellent service from the whole team.

4/10
The lawns look good and might work well for events, but the rest of the place was in poor shape. Our room smelled bad and felt neglected, and the front desk woman, Rubia, was rude and had a lot of attitude. Breakfast was included, but there was no chef available. It may look attractive from outside, but our stay was not good.

The rooms are huge, but they’re in really bad shape. Nothing seemed properly cleaned or serviced. It could be a good venue for events, though the rooms badly need maintenance.

A good place to stop on the drive from Ahobilam back to Bangalore. The staff were polite, the food was good, and the simple curd rice was especially nice.
