We paid ₹2349 and didn’t get service that felt worth the price. The room itself was dirty, and the bed looked like it had been slept in already. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and there wasn’t even a basic telephone in the room. For me, this room wasn’t worth ₹700.

The beds had stains and didn’t seem clean. They usually charge ₹2000 for a full 24 hours, but the room boy took ₹1500 for only six hours. That felt like very poor value, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We only stopped because we were exhausted from driving and arrived late with no other hotel option. The bedsheets smelled, there was no car parking, and the fans, lights, and door knobs weren’t working. Paying 2000 rs for that didn’t make sense, maybe 500-750 rs. Avoid it if you can, you can thank me later.

The AC worked well, and the hotel is right in the main market area. Check-out is after 24 hours. Rooms are okay, though the bathroom fittings need an upgrade, and the rates feel high for what you get. Parking is open.

The rooms and accommodation were really good, definitely worth appreciating. But I didn’t like the location between birur and kadur. Room service food was quite bad too, especially the curd rice, which was absurdly sweet, almost like sugar pongal.
