The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with tasty choices and quick, courteous service. Staff were friendly and ready to help, which made our stay better. We also enjoyed relaxing by the clean swimming pool and using the indoor games and other recreation options. We booked three spacious, comfortable rooms at The Fern Residency Kakinada. They were well kept, and the hotel felt calm and welcoming for our family group. We had a memorable time and would gladly stay there again.

Spacious rooms and a nice hotel atmosphere. There's an outdoor pool, a tennis court, and plenty more.

The staff are polite and willing to help, but the hotel is in poor shape. The washrooms are dirty, the linens and bedding look untidy, and dust is on the walls and furniture. This doesn't meet Fern standards. I hope management addresses it.

We chose the property because of The Fern name, then found the rooms and bathroom in poor condition, with walls and floors needing attention. The service needs work too. There were only two people serving in the restaurant, and our Butter Kulcha came with onion, like an Aloo paratha. They didn't even have butter roti or butter nan. It's hard to believe the positive reviews are genuine after this experience. The property and service both need improvement.

The rooms are kept up, but feel very old fashioned. Damaged bathroom fittings and worn out towels make it poor value.
