The breakfast was served poorly, then they completely denied it on the second day even though it was included in my booking. Staff and owner were rude and unhelpful. My first room was dirty, with no proper bed linen or towels, an unhygienic bathroom, and a duvet that smelled terrible. They changed the room, but basic things like hot water and a dustbin were still missing. Not worth staying here.

Some rooms are good, though others are damp, and the washroom is always wet. The hotel needs a restaurant, since customers want to eat food from the same hotel.

The rooms weren’t clean. Better to go to Vinayak business class hotel, which has excellent rooms.

They wanted double the booking price for arriving just one hour early, and both the owner and staff were so rude. Staff spit gitka in a drain area near the walkway. A really bad place, I’m never coming back.

The Deluxe AC room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has good facilities. Staff were friendly, so the stay was pleasant overall. I would consider coming back, but the booking and pricing need to be clearer. Check-in involved a lot of paperwork and verification, more than I’ve experienced at other hotels. I understand verification matters, but the process could be smoother. I booked the Deluxe AC room online for ₹1100, while the same room was quoted at ₹1500 offline. That price difference felt unfair and puts walk-in customers off.
