There are lots of restaurants nearby, plus an in-house restaurant downstairs by the lobby. The staff were kind and well mannered, and service was good. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the cost was reasonable. It’s a family-friendly stay in a prime spot, with major Ernakulam city locations close by. Booking through the OYO App also included a nice complimentary breakfast. I’d stay again.
The reception staff member was good and tried to arrange everything, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. The room quality and amenities were poor, the AC didn’t work well, and the internet was painfully slow. We booked for two days and didn’t get the room cleaned.
The facilities don’t really match the tariff. The rooms are small, the sheets weren’t fresh or clean, and the bath towels were shabby and faded. It wasn’t bad, but those things need attention.
I stayed here many times before, when it was operating with oyo, and was always happy with the hotel. I haven’t been in touch with it since it left oyo, though, so I can’t share any current details or recommend it now.
The place is okay for a night or two. The lighting is nice, and the AC and hot water for bathing were good. Food is available downstairs, but I didn’t try it.
