The rooms are spacious and okay, and the cleaning boys were much better to deal with. The receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t provide things when we asked. When I complained, he told me not to come there and to go somewhere else. Is that any way to treat a guest?

I left and found a better hotel for less, and I was glad I hadn’t stayed at Ghala heights. The manager was harsh and rude too. Before booking through the make my trip app, I called to ask about parking and was told there was enough, which convinced me. Later they called back and asked me not to book online, promising to match the online rate. But when I showed them the discounted price after arriving, they wouldn’t give me the room for that amount. I asked whether they’d have let me stay if I had booked online and come directly to the hotel, and they said they wouldn’t have let me stay.

This place is very remote, and there aren’t even transport options available. The rooms were untidy, and the bathrooms looked like public toilets. The caretakers were harsh and not helpful at all. Definitely not somewhere I’d choose for a family. Worst hotel I’ve visited.
