Olive Eva

Olive Eva Hotel is very conveniently located for people working at Info Park. I stayed there for 24 nights through my company and appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out, along with the tasty buffet breakfast. Mr. Dev and Anjana gave especially outstanding service. The pool wasn't working, yet the charges stayed the same. Food choices were extremely limited, the AC needed repair, and even the main door wouldn't open without pulling it. The washroom had no ventilation, room lights didn't work, and the switches and TV felt like they belonged to the North Korean era. The decor, rooms, key cards, and restaurant all had a cold war feel, like the key cards were past their expiry and being recycled. I spent five days in this cold hotel. A shame for a 4 star place.

Nothing here feels premium except the bill. A Budweiser Premium was around ₹400, which is ridiculous for what you get. There are barely any facilities, the service is poor, and the ambience doesn't justify those high prices. This was the worst bar experience I've had in Kakkanad, and I wouldn't recommend it. There are better value options around.

The service was excellent, the staff behaved well, and the location is great. I came with friends to relax over Budweiser magnum, KF ultra, and the complimentary OG kerala mixture. But I'm a person, not a cow, and I wanted beer and beef, not a heap of chilly salad. I spent close to 800rs on chilly chicken and chilly beef, and there was so little chicken and beef that I could barely count the pieces in the dark. When paying for two nonveg dishes, I expect them to actually contain meat. Please put some chicken in the chilly chicken and beef in the chilly beef so other customers aren't disappointed.
