After paying in full online through Cleartrip and booking a day ahead, I arrived to be told there were no rooms. It took nearly 20 minutes of arguing before they managed to arrange one. The room was tiny, about the size of a toilet, and the bathroom was even worse than a public toilet. Cleanliness seemed completely neglected, and the place felt like a low-grade lodge rather than a proper hotel. There doesn’t seem to be anyone responsible managing the property. Just one cleaning staff member appeared to be handling everything, and although he kept smiling, he didn’t provide proper help. There’s no dedicated parking either, only inconvenient public parking. Very poor management and professionalism, and a deeply disappointing experience.

At Collection O Infopark Kochi (ex Malabar Plaza), I found a scorpion on my neck while I was in bed. There were insects in the rooms too, and I have video proof. That’s a serious safety and hygiene failure. Agoda sent me to a different hotel because its location listing was wrong. Breakfast was included in the booking but wasn’t provided. Agoda and the hotel need to take responsibility. This was a traumatic stay. Avoid it.

The TV didn’t work, and the bathroom closet flush was broken. I complained, but nothing was done.

The photos on the site look great, but the room was pathetic in reality. The blanket was filthy and the bathrooms were very bad. I wouldn’t recommend this room to others, especially couples.

The service was awful, the place wasn’t clean, and they didn’t even provide basic bottled water.
