Zoot Kochi Infopark

We chose this hotel for just one night, but even that was unbearable. The floor was sticky, the room was dirty, and the AC vent had spider webs. The washroom was filthy, and the bucket and mug were dirty too. We asked for replacements, but those were in just as bad a state. Reception showed no concern. This was the most pathetic stay I’ve ever had for hygiene, service, and food. I honestly can’t describe how terrible it was, and I still don’t understand how the hotel has a 4.6 rating. Please don’t choose it.

Renjith and the Front Office team gave outstanding, courteous service, and I especially appreciated Renjith’s hospitality. Zoot Kochi Infopark is peaceful and luxurious, away from Kochi city’s bustle but still with easy access to major places around Kochi. Being near the airport and Aluva Railway Station is convenient too. I visited with friends and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend it to family and friends for personal or business stays.

It’s in a residential area with no market around, but it could suit a couple looking for some privacy, since they’ll give you a room. The staff won’t clean daily, and breakfast choices are very limited. You might end up with chana idli, a unique combo, hahaha.

The front office lady staff was especially welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout. Her professional manner and warm hospitality made the stay memorable. Zoot Kochi Infopark has a pleasant atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and good value for money. It’s convenient for Infopark and nearby business areas, and the excellent service made the stay smooth and stress-free.
