Black Mango Resort

The food is excellent, and the hospitality has been warm every time I've visited. But the bar and restaurant share a space, and some customers were using loud, vulgar language, which made it uncomfortable for families. We had to leave without dinner today. I wouldn't consider it family-friendly unless the seating is separated clearly.

The staff were good, the food was delicious, and the location right on the main highway was convenient. The rooms felt luxurious for the price. This Black Mango hotel was far better than I expected from a small town, and felt like good value for money. Cheers!

MakeMyTrip came through with a great deal, and the hotel lived up to what MMT promised. The rooms were comfortable and had good bathroom amenities, the food was tasty, and the servers were good. My family in the US wanted to spend a few days in Himachal, so we found Black Mango Resort and came last Saturday with a good discounted deal. They welcomed us with drinks and aarti, and the rooms were delightful. Food arrangements had a good variety, the ambience was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's professionally managed. Thank you, Mr. Anand, GM, for the extraordinary hospitality.
